Lifeguard Certification Scholarships

There is a shortage of lifeguards throughout the United States, and we want to help change that. We want to encourage our youth to see the value of being safe in and around the water. We want our youth to see they can have amazing job opportunities in the aquatics field if they give water safety a chance. Many youths assume their first job will be a local Mcdonald’s, Starbucks, or even a store at the mall. We want to help change that, our youth are capable of learning to swim, becoming a lifeguard, holding the same job throughout college, or even making a career of doing it. 

Our Lifeguard Certification Scholarship is the first step to saving lives!

Requirements: You must be 16 years of age. You must be able to pass the American Red Cross pre-requisites. 

How to get a scholarship: Please submit a 250-word essay on what water safety means to you and submit a video of your number 1 water safety tip (must be a minimum of 10 seconds / maximum of 30 seconds).
